Hello, my name is Jon Kerns! I have worked in real estate sales almost ten years now serving hundreds of individuals just like you. To share a little bit of my background with you, I was raised on a family farm in northern Missouri where I learned the value of hard work, honesty, and determination. Growing up on property that was also excellent hunting ground, I studied the movement and habits of wildlife. Being an avid hunter myself, I know the importance of finding great hunting property. Besides farming I was introduced to construction life. After developing skills in the areas such as framing and finishing at a young age, I ran my own construction company for many years down at Lake of the Ozarks. I built numerous homes and did remodeling work. I now use these skills to help buyers and sellers determine the value of a home, as well as look for any strengths or deficiencies a property might have.

I am also very active in many civic organizations including Macon Optimist, President of Tick Ridge Chapter of National Wild Turkey Federation, and President of Macon County Republican Club.

Today I still use my values in life to work for individuals to find them the home or property they desire. Each individual or family knows what is important to them and I want to work to find that fit to ensure their happiness. Please let me know how I put my experience to use to help you!
